Role Overview

WellDev is a Swiss software development company that caters to international clients. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Project Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team. You will be the organizational backbone of our team, ensuring that projects run smoothly and content stays on track across all channels.

Your role includes coordinating team efforts, managing timelines, and keeping everything aligned with our overall marketing strategy. You’ll have an overview of all ongoing projects and help the team stay focused on their goals while keeping content production organized and on schedule. • Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
• Position: Mid
• Salary Range: 65,000 - 80,000 BDT (per month)

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings for the team to surface progress, flag roadblocks, prioritize tasks, and drive accountability.
• Maintain an up-to-date overview of all open projects.
• Assess if copies, designs, and other assets adhere to brand guidelines.
• Keep the big picture front and center: ensure each project aligns with overarching marketing goals.
• Develop, write and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring workflows.
• Work closely with design, content, digital, and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and to share learnings across all channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (Mandatory).
• Ability to maintain a strategic overview while ensuring executional precision

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly compensation package range of BDT 65,000 to 80,000 based on skills and experience.
